Journaling is a form of expression that helps children sift through their perception of things. Nature Journaling is a beautiful way for children to capture emotions, thoughts and ideas about their experiences and surroundings. Taking time to observe and reflect on what is happening around them, encourages time to be still, to sink into the present moment and connect with nature.
